HX-752 should be stored under low temperature, it is necessary to melt before use, and there are two melting methods, which are as follows:
Oven Method
(1) Remove the material from the low temperature state and place it at room temperature;
(2) Set the temperature of the blast oven at 40℃, start the power supply to start the blast heating, when the temperature reaches 40℃ (about 0.5h), place HX-752 in the oven, close the door, and heat for 8h.
(3) Turn off the oven power, take out the material HX-752, the liquid crystal state, normal use according to the customer's own production process.
(4) If it is not completely melted, the heating time can be appropriately extended for 2h.
Water Bath Method
(1) Remove the material HX-752 from the low temperature state and place it at room temperature for 0.5 hours.
(2) When the material HX-752 is placed at room temperature, prepare the constant temperature sink, adjust the water temperature within the range of 40±5℃, and the water depth 0.15 m.
(3) Put the material HX-752 into the adjusted sink, pay attention to avoid tilt, inversion, heating for 8 hours, during which to ensure that the water temperature is within the range of 40±5℃.
(4) Take out the material HX-752, wipe the water stains on the mouth of the bottle, the product is liquid crystal, normal use according to the customer's own production process.
(5) If it is not completely melted, tighten the bottle cap and extend the heating time for 2 hours.
